Philippine Telcos offered free SMS to Typhoon Haiyan victims

Philippines’ top three telecommunications provider agreed to provide free SMS to typhoon hit areas in the country. Globe Telecom, Smart Communications and Sun Cellular all agreed to give 25 free SMS per day for five consecutive days which started last November 13 and will end this coming November 17.
